Tap the green + button at the bottom right of the main screen. Give your habit a name, pick an icon and color, and optionally set a daily reminder.
Tap on any habit in your list to open the edit screen. From there you can change the name, icon, color, or reminder. You can also delete the habit at the bottom of that screen.
Make sure notifications are enabled for HabitSpark in your iPhone Settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > HabitSpark and make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on.
A streak counts how many days in a row you've completed a habit. If you miss a day, the streak resets to zero. You can see your current streak and longest streak in the calendar view or the insights screen.
