RogueForge Apps, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") built HabitSpark as a productivity app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our app.
HabitSpark does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All your data — including habits, completion history, streaks, and statistics — is stored locally on your device only.
HabitSpark does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.
HabitSpark does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage, location, or any other personal data.
HabitSpark offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (HabitSpark Pro) through Apple's App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID.
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. If you delete the app, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.
HabitSpark may send you local notifications as reminders for your habits, but only if you enable them. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and no data is sent to any server.
HabitSpark does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app is suitable for all ages and does not contain any objectionable content.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
